Good. 115 pp. Scarce early edition probably a piracy by Lovell Brothers & Company which operated under that name from 1893 to 1896. Green cloth covers gilt lettering and rules on spine embossed cloth covers but printed on the cheapest paper. Few copies survived and there is no copy of this edition found in institutional holdings indexed by Worldcat. This example with light wear no fraying spine gilt weak but readable pages browned but not to a dark brown front free endpaper and title pages partly detached but complete contents clean and square. <br/> <br/> Lovell Brothers & COmpany hardcover
