Notepaper with printed heading 31 Pond Street Hampstead. 17cm x 20cm. 2pp. Congratulating Haldane on receiving the Darwin Medal from the Royal Society. Lengthy additional discussion about the delayed publication and editorial requirements of 'Evolution as a Process' with suggestions for additions to Haldane's contribution to the work which was published in 1954. Edited by Huxley together with A. C Hardy and H. B. Ford both of whom are mentioned in the letter Haldane's contributory essay being 'Statics of evolution'. Huxley and Haldane were close friends and undoubtedly the best known British biologists of the early twentieth century.
