Edizione originale. Esemplare eccezionalmente ben conservato. Rarissimo: manca completamente ai repertori istituzionali tipo ICCU e OCLC. Nona uscita del periodico/collana di Bernasconi, una delle più interessanti espressioni del fascismo cosiddetto ‘di sinistra’, stampata dal luglio 1933 («Colpo alla borghesia» di M. Gallian) al 1935 per una decina scarsa di fascicoli. Il progetto, unitario ma articolato in fascicoli monografici su vari temi di attualità tra politica e cultura, trova particolare coesione nel formato quadrotto e nella grafica modernissima, a tratti futur-costruttivista, di Daniele Crespi. -- Il presente quaderno ospita il lungo saggio del Generale Baldini (esperto di teoria e tattica militare che ebbe modo di mettersi in luce già durante la prima guerra mondiale) originariamente pubblicato nel numero di ottobre 1933 della rivista specialistica «Esercito e nazione», seguito da una coda integrativa apparsa nel maggio ’34 sul «Giornale d’Italia». Demi reliures à coins d'époque, cuir tacheté et papier bleu à la colle, dos lisses portant titres et tomaisons dorés sur pièces de cuir rouge et bleu, tranches jaspées, gardes blanches. Année 1789 : Volume 1. n°64 du 26 août constitué de 4 ff. (incomplet ?); Volume 2. n°96 du 2 octobre compte 2 cahiers inversés. Année 1790 : Volume 3. Pas de n°347 mais le numéro 346 relate la séance du 28 juin, le 348 annonce "suite du 28 juin"; Volume 4. Pas de n°367 (dimanche 18 juillet), pas de 392, 393 (10, 11 août) et les numéros 387 à 412 (14 au 31 août 1790) du "Journal des débats et des décrets" ont été intercalés (chacun avec plusieurs feuillets répétés).
