New York: Dodd Mead & Co 1927. Nice copy of one of his Westerns. Printed after 1944 as that is referenced in rear panel of jacket. Copyright page only shows date of copyright not of printing. Publisher during this period did not state First Edition on their book but usally stated later printings. It is probable that this is is the first hardcover printing of this book. Light blue boards with silver lettering and stamping is bright and fresh with sharp tips. White endpapers. Textblock clean and supple. Price intact jacket $2 ismall mostly closed tear along head of spine with tape repair which continues onto back panel but no significant chips or creasing. Tape repair also done along base of jackets spine bu probably just to strengthen it as no discernible chips. Scarce! I bought a significant collection of authors paperbacks recently that belonged to author's son in law Robert Easton who was also an author that I have not yet listed.
