1938. Two vintage Army / Navy pieces of ephemera from the game played at Municipal Stadium Philadelphia on November 26 1938. Parade at 12:15 and Game at 1:30. The first item is a ticket stub 2 3/4 x 5 inches. The second item approximately 5 1/2 x 1/2 inches has windows on each side one side for each team that allows the viewer by pulling a sliding panel to identify by number the player’s name the player’s position weight height and age. The items are in excellent condition with pencil notation on the back of the ticket relating to seating area in Municipal Stadium and a slight bend in Esso tab. Also printed on this item are the Army Long Corps Yell and the Navy Cannon Ball. This souvenir of the annual game is sponsored by Esso. Uncommon to find these two pieces together. . unknown
