Fiorutre diffuse. Ex libris alla sguardia. L'Aut. dedicava ai militari napoletani questo trattatello, che comprende, in maniera succinta, tutte le notizie sull'arte militare, divise in 4 parti. Nella 1° parte vengono esposti i principi della gurra: la dichiarazione di guerra, la scelta dei generali, l'assoldamento delle milizie, la composizione delle armate (fanteria, cavalleria e artiglieria), con notizie storiche: composizione delle armate antiche, campo romano, invenzione della polvere da sparo e delle armi da fuoco, etc. Nella 2° parte di parla di battaglie, dispiegamento delle truppe in battaglia, premi, trofei e trionfi. La 3° parte è dedicata all'assedio delle città e alle macchine da guerra (testudine, catapulta, balista, ariete, torri mobili), all'assalto e alla difesa delle piazze e alle fortificazioni moderne. L'ultima parte è dedicata a grandi operazioni militari.
