I. Sobre el cumplimiento del soberano decreto relativo á que se proceda inmediatamente al reemplazo y sorteo de veinte y cuatro mil hombres S. M. se ha dignado mandar se hagan en algunos artículos de dicho Real decreto las adiciones y modificaciones siguientes: siguen 8 claúsulas relativas a los Nobles Oficiales de Voluntarios Realistas Estudiantes. Y por último para evitar la deserción declara S. M. libre del servicio al mozo que aprehenda un desertor ó prófugo de la quinta anterior: que estos sean destinados por doble tiempo á los cuerpos de las Islas Baleares ó Ceuta; y que comprobado que el desertor ha residido en un pueblo ocho días sufra el Alcalde o Justicia una multa; y si el pueblo fuese el de su naturaleza además de la multa al Alcalde reemplace el pueblo con otro hombre al desertor prófugo.
