(Time Management) has been actively associated in teaching, training and research in Public Administration at theMizoram Central University, Aizawl and Lucknow University, Lucknow for more than three decades. He has been teachingDevelopment Administration; Administrative Theories; Principles of Management; and Local Government in the USA, the UK, France and India at the PG level.
