‎Elu le 9 février 1621, Alessandro Ludovisi choisit le nom de Grégoire XV ; intelligent, entreprenant et fin diplomate, il réforma l’élection du pape, y introduit le vote à bulletin secret et fixe l’ensemble du cérémonial du Conclave, c’est l’objet de cette éditon publiée juste après l’élection de son successeur Urbain VIII. Curiosité, on y trouve tous les modèles du bulletins de vote, recto-verso. Grégoire XV érigea l’évêché de Paris en archevêché et nomma Richelieu Cardinal ; il canonisa Ignace de Loyola, Thérèse d’Avila, François-Xavier, etc. Bel exemplaire.‎

Harrison won though Cleveland recaptured the presidency in 1892. Subtitled "A Repeal of Taxes Will Not Lessen the Price to the Consumer. Distribute the Surplus to the States and Relieve the Counties from the Assessment of Taxes for State Purposes. Promote Temperance by Enforcing the Practical Policy of High License and Local Option as Against the Barren Ideality of Prohition or Nothing."
