Title page has a cut-out removing possible editors. A slip saying 'Compliments of the CONNECTICUT STATE BOARD OF HEALTH Dr. C.A. Lindsey Secretary' is laid-in. Pages are clean and unmarked slightly toned. Of particular interest is a report on the Typhoid Fever epidemic in Stamford from 1880 to 1894 including a fold out map pinpointing the case locations and corresponding delivery routes.of infected milk.
