From the personal collection of another noted sculptor with a Freeport presence Lily Tolpo born 1917 whose life-size statues depicting Lincoln and Douglas debating was unveiled on the site of that event in 1992 on the 134th anniversary. Laid into this copy is a 5" X 3" index card with Lincoln notes pencilled by Tolpo's husband the noted Lincoln sculptor Carl Tolpo 1901-76 a fine 5" X 7" black and white photograph of Crunelle's Lincoln statue and a program and large white silk bookmark for the 142nd anniversary rededication ceremonies held in 2000.
