demi-veau brun, tit. & tom. dorés sur pc. de maroquin bordeaux et vert, dos à 5 nerfs richement orné de fleurons dorés et filets à froid, (rel. lég. frottée avec épidermures, des rousseurs majoritairement sur les premières et dernières pages), bon état L’auteur fut un des grands avocats libéraux du XIXe siècle. Le premier volume recueille les plaidoiries prononcées dans les affaires à caractère politique (v. notamment l’affaire Fieschi auteur d’une tentative d’assassinat contre Louis-Philippe, l’affaire Orsini, pour la tentative d’assassinat contre Napoléon III). Cette seconde et dernière édition étoffe la partie consacrée aux affaires criminelles et civiles. Ainsi le second volume porte uniquement sur les matières pénales et on notera entre autres une très intéressante plaidoirie en 1828 en matière de propriété intellectuelle, qui constitue une très bonne analyse de la matière. Le dernier volume relate les plaidoyers et réquisitoires des affaires civiles.

Although this pamphlet is a little grubby it is rare, Copac locates copies at the BL and Newcastle University.

brossura "Ricorso civile per cassazione" è uno strumento pratico per la corretta stesura del ricorso civile per Cassazione, alla luce dei più recenti orientamenti giurisprudenziali, al fine di evitare le ricorrenti pronunce di inammissibilità. Particolare attenzione viene dedicata alla riforma del processo in Cassazione che è entrata in vigore, a differenza della riforma del processo civile di merito, il 1° gennaio 2023 (ad eccezione del rinvio pregiudiziale che entrerà in vigore il 30 giugno 2023) e le cui principali novità ordinamentali riguardano il Processo telematico e la Sezione autonoma tributaria della Cassazione. La riforma introduce, inoltre, i principi di chiarezza e sinteticità, la cui violazione potrebbe dar luogo anche a profili di inammissibilità ex lege.
