Wrappers chipped with a few small pieces missing from edges and corners some pages with edge tears last blank with some worm holes not affecting text some aging and browning and a little bit of soiling; still a decent copy. This pamphlet tells you all you want to know about Klan structure process and organization. Not surprisingly it spells out the requirements of membership white male native born and Protestant. There is a short introductory note by Paul S. Ethelridge Imperial Wizard. While the OCLC indicates a couple of dozen libraries have copies this is not an item that shows up all that often.
