A very rare early 18th-century printed blank form for sea vessels likely from the press of William Bradford New York's first printer. The completed form would certify that the holder had cleared customs for a journey recording the name of his vessel and its tonnage arms crew origin and itinerary. The only recorded copies of this imprint have been found as endpapers in volumes of New York laws printed by William Bradford copies of which are held at the Library Company of Phialdelphia and at the Yale Law School Library.
