brossura Elettrodinamica è un saggio inedito scritto da Enrico Fermi per il Corso di Fisica Matematica che egli tenne all'Università di Firenze nell'anno accademico 1924-1925. Il saggio si compone di quattro sezioni: la prima è dedicata all'Elettrostatica, la seconda alla Magnetostatica, la terza all'Elettromagnetismo e ad un'ampia trattazione del problema della Massa Elettromagnetica, mentre nell'ultima sezione si affronta lo studio della Teoria della Relatività Ristretta. Del saggio Elettrodinamica si conoscono, fino ad oggi, tre versioni: - la prima, conservata a Pisa, è una riduzione manoscritta del saggio originale di Fermi, non attribuibile a lui; - la seconda, conservata a Roma presso la Biblioteca del Dipartimento di Fisica dell'Università "La Sapienza", è una copia manoscritta a cura di Adelino Morelli; - la terza versione, conservata a Chicago (USA) presso la Chicago University Library, è la copia dattiloscritta originale di Enrico Fermi depositata, dopo la sua morte, dalla moglie Laura Fermi.

In seguito divenne professore di astronomia all'Universita' gregoriana di Roma. Fu autore di una sessantina di lavori di astrofisica pubblicati quasi tutti negli Atti dei Nuovi Lincei.
