THIS COPY WAS FORMERLY IN THE LIBRARY OF SIR JOHN HUBERT WORTHINGTON AND BEARS THE FAMILY BOOKPLATE ON FRONT PASTE-DOWN. Worthington 1886-1963 was Vice-President of the RIBA from 1943-5 and a member of the Royal Fine Arts Commission from 1945-50. His major work includes the war cemetery at El Alamein the post-war rebuilding of the Inns of Court in London and the repairs to bomb damage suffered by Manchester Cathedral.
