‎Aan de voet van de konijnenberg leefden onze hoofdpersonages. Samen met hun kroostrijk gezin beleefden zij daar mooie jaren. Met Jef en Lin passeerden ook honderden voetballers en bestuursleden bij K.V.V.V.. Samen behartigde ze 35 jaar het voetbalgebeuren. Met de glorieuze jaren in bevordering, (nationale) tegen verschillende grote ploegen van nu. Allemaal met spelers van eigen dorp. Gans de dorpsgemeenschap lag heel nauw aan hun hart. Het Heiend dat in het begin van 1900 nog een klein afgelegen gehucht was, vol gezinsleven met hardwerkende gelukkige mensen. Eenvoudig en samenhorend onder mekaar. Waar Jef in zijn jeugd de eerste oorlog beleefde en later samen met zijn Linneke onderaan de konijnenberg de tweede oorlog mee maakte. Jef beleefde bijna 100 jaar geschiedenis van zijn dorp met goede en slechte tijden. Samen met de vele mensen die hen behartigde wandelen we door ons dorp. Velen zullen bij het lezen, bekende personen ontmoeten uit hun familie- of kennissenkring. Verborgen dingen en vergeten momenten komen aan bod. Iedereen van Vosselaar of omgeving vindt in dit boek een stukje van zichzelf terug. Frans Schellekens is geboren aan de voet van de Konijnenberg in Vosselaar. Beleefde in de lagere school bij meester De Jong zijn eerste literaire noten. Gedichtjes voordragen was zijn favorieten bezigheid. Later zette hij bij Walter Van den Broeck zijn eerste literaire stappen. Schreef als freelance journalist in Gazet van Turnhout en de Streekkrant en diverse tijdschriften, aangrijpende en sociale stukjes. Zijn pen omarmde steeds de warmte van zijn Kempen. Met een zachte natuurvriendelijke stem. Een van zijn vrolijke kenmerken zijn het karakter van zijn personages. Die steeds herkenbaar overkomen. Hij schreef drie dichtbundels, ?De Stille Kracht?, ?De Lange Reis? en ?Stille momenten van geluiden?. Verder een kinderbundel, met mooie tekeningen van de bekende cartoonist Sjarel Cambre. ?Dotje en haar vrienden?. Twee verhalen van een jong meisje dat het milieu wil verbeteren. En een kortverhalenbundel met sociaal emotionele verhalen met soms een licht erotische inslag. Als slot een roman, ?Het Verdict?, over zijn longkanker. Een fictie-, non- functieverhaal met emotionele en sociale zaken. Zoals stoppen met roken en bespreekbaar maken van het probleem samen met ?Stichting tegen Kanker.? Frans, is een typische Kempense schrijver die zeker niet met dit boek in jouw boekenkast mag ontbreken.‎

‎Summary At the beginning of the twentieth century, Arnold Sch nberg proposed a new way of composing in his Five Pieces for Piano that proceeded from a "series of 12 tones which have no relation to each other". A twelve-tone composition by Ren Leibowitz that was popularized in France originated from the small town of M dling - a suburb of Vienna where Sch nberg lived, and the site of a musical revolution. Composers who used this technique appropriates the series and adapted the principles of composition to suit their own sensibilities. While some divided the series into (more or less) autonomous fragments, others extended the series to include all musical parameters; still others constructed series of more than twelve tones or invoked matrix-based calculus. This book chronicles a technical history of serialism and highlights narratives that have not yet appeared in published literature by examining theoretical texts in numerous languages, some by composers whose works are translated here for the first time. This book constitutes the first major synthesis of the history of serialism published in French.‎

In 1931 the Reutter coachwork company, founded in 1906, started building prototypes of what would later be known as Volkswagen on behalf of the Porsche engineering office. In 1949 Porsche gave the order to Reutter to produce 500 bodies for the Porsche sports car, and around Easter time 1950 the first Porsche 356 ever to be constructed in Germany was finished in Reutter's factory I. Porsche bought ground from Reutter within the plot of its factory II in order to build a new construction site for manufacturing motors. At the same time Reutter moved the complete bodywork to factory II in Zuffenhausen and from that moment most of the legendary Porsche 356 were manufactured in intensive cooperation and side by side. Besides those vehicles made by hand in serial-production Porsche 356 presents many prototypes and special cars made for Porsche up to the point of collective evolution of the later called Porsche type 911. The book's focus is on the description of the development of a Porsche 356-body, colorfully illustrated and detailed as never before. Much of the material used was taken from the Reutter-family archive. Previously unpublished documents and pictures were found in several institutional and private archives, especially the archive of Porsche itself.‎
