Crisp copy. Although rebound in sturdy institutional-style binding with bibliographic notations on title page there is no evidence of ex-library status. ; French language text. Covers the main building 1533-1628 as well as the two wings contructed 1835-1846. This building was destroyed during the French Commune uprising of 1871. The present City Hall in Paris retains the exterior style of the original but has a completely different floor plan internally.
