Image in very good displayable condition. This is one of the beautifully drawn and lithographed images from Joseph Nash's scarce work "Architecture of the Middle Ages." The architecture of these magnificent Medieval buildings is rendered in quite extraordinary detail by Joseph Nash; his work captures the sense of awe at the beauty and execution of these monumental buildings. Figures are placed to provide human interest as well as indicating scale. The lithographs were printed by the skilled lithographic printer Charles Hullmandel. . T. Maclean. unknown
