‎Edition originale du spécimen du Behrens Schrift, typographie et ornements typographiques Jugendstil créés par Peter Behrens en 1902 pour la fonderie Rudhardsche à Offenbach-am-Main. L'architecte, graphiste et typographe Peter Behrens (1868-1940) est l'un des designers allemands les plus influents du 20e siècle. Membre fondateur de la Sécession de Munich, il rejoint en 1899 la colonie d'artistes de Darmstadt fondée par le grand duc de Hesse. Entre 1903 et 1907, il est directeur de l'école d'art et d'artisanat de Düsseldorf (Kunstgewerbeschule). De 1903 à 1914, il est le directeur artistique de l'entreprise AEG (Allgemeine Elektrizitäts- Gesellschaft) dont il crée l'identité visuelle. En 1907, Behrens est cofondateur de la Deutscher Werkbund (Association allemande des artisans) inspirée du mouvement Arts and Crafts.- Est joint un rare exemplaire de Offenbacher Presse, Tages-Zeitung für die Stadt un den Landkreis Offenbach (Main), nr 296, Donnerstag, den 10.
