The softcover and onion skin are chipped at corners and spine ends with some foxing. 24 page text is laid in and has some foxing as well. The plate index lists 78 plates. The laid in plates are numbered 1 through 79 however numbered plates 11 and 78 are missing but there is an additional unnumbered color plate laid in as well. The total comes to 78 plates present. The plates are clean and crisp. This portfolio is encased in a tired slipcase that is worn soiled split frayed and foxed. <p>De 1861 à 1902, le sculpteur danois Niels Hansen Jacobsen (1861-1941) s'établit à Paris, une des capitales du premier symbolisme nourri des échanges et des amitiés entre écrivains, musiciens et artistes venus de l'Europe entière. L'atelier du sculpteur à la Cité fleurie, au 65, boulevard Arago, est le rendez-vous d'un groupe de symbolistes nordiques et francophiles, notamment les peintres Jens Lund et Henriette Hahn-Brinckmann.
