(ca. 23,8 x 17,8 cm). 1 Photographie. Original-Photographie mit Deckelbeschriftung und rückseitiger Schmuckverzeichnung. Gut bis sehr gut erhalten. Die Photographie (schwarz/weiss, ohne weissen Rand) zeigt ein junges weibliches Model mit Ohrringen und Halscollier. Am linken unteren Rand der Bildfläche ist der Photograph mit seiner Nummerierung verzeichnet, unten rechts im Bild findet sich ein weiteres Symbol (Buchstabe mit Krone). Rückseitig sind die Nummierungen für die beiden Schmuckstücke angegeben. Weil die ansehnliche Photographie noch in Original-Papieren der Firma Henkel & Grosse Pforzheim eingeschlagen war (welche allerdings ein anderes Schmuckstück mit Nummer verzeichnen) ist anzunehmen, daß es sich hier um eine Arbeit des Photographen für die bekannte süddeutsche Firma handelte. Auch das kleine Zeichen unten rechts auf der Photographie könnte diese Annahme womöglich bestätigen. Besonders schöne Original-Photographie im Bereich Mode- und Schmuck aus den 1960er Jahren!

ill., br. Questa "Storia inimitabile del Dandy" delinea il ritratto di un'epoca tra storia del costume e storia della cultura, tra biografia, analisi sociologica e analisi psicologica. In questo quadro d'epoca si muovono personaggi colorati da aneddoti ben scelti, noti e meno noti. Ne emerge una sorta di "eroe collettivo" dai molti nomi illustri, un tipo di "originale", un'anima bella, a metà fra il libertino e il maledetto, un precursore in un certo senso dell'intellettuale moderno, un uomo in rivolta, un rivoluzionario privato d'ideologia. L'autrice divide la storia del dandismo in due periodi: quello della Reggenza inglese e quello della Restaurazione francese, che allunga le sue ultime propaggini fino alle soglie del Novecento. Il dandismo inglese è soprattutto uno sdegnoso rifiuto sociale della borghesia, del mondo caotico con il quale i ceti medi affermavano la loro presenza, della mancanza di stile in un industrialismo ancora sudicio e semianalfabeta, ma già audace e irrispettoso. Chiudersi in un esilio di specchiere, respirare l'aria delle loro ciprie, trattenere il fiato nelle loro attillate redingote, nascondersi nelle loro enormi cravatte, sogguardare gli altri dall'alto di elaborati stivaletti: ecco la disarmata sfida lanciata alla "nuova inciviltà" del carbone e del treno. Il dandy inglese, difendendo le ragioni della farfalla contro quelle del formicaio, rende testimonianza alla vanità, fino ad ammucchiare debiti come fosse uno splendido diritto. Gli epigoni francesi ne imiteranno lo stile. Meno sfarzosi ma più esigenti, sposteranno la protesta sul piano dello spirito, dell'arte, dell'intelligenza. I riti del dandismo non si celebreranno più solo in sartoria, ma si idealizzeranno passando nei salotti letterari, prendendo sfumature incredibili.
