In 24 (cm 10,5 x 14,5), pp. (8) con illustrazioni. Brossura editoriale. Opuscolo di piccolo formato edito da Carlo Tridenti Pozzi, non datato, ma ascrivibile al 1950 circa. Claudio Tridenti Pozzi fu proprietario di un negozio di moda maschile milanese famosissimo nel periodo tra le due guerre, fino agli anni Cinquanta. Dopo aver lavorato come assistente alle vendite presso Bellini, Claudio Tridenti rilevo' l'emporio di abbigliamento classico maschile Pozzi negli anni '20. Fu il primo in Italia a importare modelli Burberry, storico marchio britannico di moda, cravatte reggimentali e scarpe per il clero. Noto come ottimo venditore, fornitore della famiglia reale e dell'alta borghesia milanese, e' ancora oggi ricordato per aver fatto stampare un discorso di Mussolini su 500 foulard, che andarono subito esauriti. Invento' pure un diario-portafoglio fatto di tessuto reggimentale. Il negozio chiuse l'attivita' verso la fine degli anni '70.

Perché ci riempiamo l'armadio di capi usa e getta e perché indossiamo tessuti di bassa qualità, sempre più artificiali e meno naturali, tinti chissà come e chissà dove, che si usurano facilmente, prodotti a getto continuo per rifornire le boutique ogni settimana di nuovi arrivi. In Cina, paese da cui arriva la maggior parte dei vestiti, ci sono distretti appositi, dove lo smog riduce la visibilità a pochi metri. Basso prezzo non vuol dire solo bassa qualità, ma anche bassi salari: quelli che percepiscono gli addetti negli Stati in cui le fabbriche sono state delocalizzate, che sono fortemente sfruttati.
