Foxed, else in a very good condition. ~ First edition. Extremely rare complete work. This attractive and overall well-preserved copy comes from the library of C. P. Mulder, renowned collector and international heraldry authority, with his charming armorial bookplate,"Nil Desperandum", to first free endpaper. In a very good condition, fine interior. ~ First edition. Extremely rare. Dress and accoutrement regulations for the fire briagdes of the Württembergischen Landesfeuerwehrverbandes. The attractive illustrations depict variations of dress, insignia, headgear, accoutrement, etc., as well as pieces of equipment. Previously the property of the Württembergischen Landesfeuerwehrverbandes with a contemporary stamp to that effect at blank corner of first page. Later old collector's stamp inside cover. KvK locates just a single institutional holding worldwide, that in Kreisarchiv Zollernalbkreis, Balingen. No copy is located on OCLC worldwide.

In addition to Wrobel's fine plates, this much sought-after publication contains a large collection of rare contemporary photographs of German armour at Arnhem, some taken illicitly by Dutch civilians and others from the film 'Theirs is the Glory'. Extremely scarce.
