‎Tirage à 100 exemplaires. Colas (2093) n'a pas réussi à identifier l'auteur. Compte-tenu du papier et des ornements typographiques, cet ouvrage nous semble plutôt de la période 1830-1840 que celle indiquée par Colas ; ceci est corroboré par la référence que fait l'auteur au comte de Clarac, conservateur du Musée Royal des Antiques, celui-ci ayant été nommé en 1818 et décédé en 1847.La chemise ; le corset ; le jupon ; les bas ; les souliers ; la coiffure ; la robe ; le manteau ; le mouchoir ; l'éventail ; les gants ; l'ombrelle ; la chaussure ; la culotte ; l'habit ; la cravate. Ces chapitres sont pleins d'anecdotes curieuses et intéressantes sur les aumônières, la barbe, les bésicles, les braguettes, bretelles, casquettes, cornettes, escarcelles, fraises, jarretières, masques et loups, perruques, pet-en-l'air et autres trousses.Bon exemplaire, avec juste quelques petites rousseurs.‎

The color samples are based on Gary Borger’s color system of matching stream insects with the correct dubbing shade. There’s detailed instructions on how best to imitate and dress mayflies caddisflies stone flies and other aquatic bugs encountered on streams of the west and eastern U.S. The book is bound in a three-ring white binder and the text sheets are protected in clear plastic sleeves.
