An UNUSED "Letterview" with b/w printed photographic views of Carmarthen = one of those concertina 'drop-down' view booklets with photos on one side and a blank/bordered 'Letter side' to write your letter on. The whole folds in to a single small 'pseudo-envelope' with a 'box' space for the stamp space for the address and the title 'Tuck's Souvenir "Letterview" of Carmarthen' in an heraldic border to one side of the front of the 'envelope' and a pseudo 'seal' on the reverse of the 'envelope'. NO Date - but judging by the cars it has to be c. 1930s/50s and I would pitch it as just post war But I could be wrong . Images available on request.
