These lithographs were originally published separately from 1836 to 1838 and were reduced in size for this volume. Contemporary half calf binding with lavender tint. Smooth spine decorated with mirror rococo tooling. Spine uniformly darkened. Joints cracked. One scratch on the upper cover. Evidence of rubbing. Lithograph 36 has a repaired tear running lengthwise across the entire page. Very light scattered foxing. Small dampstain to lower margin of lithographs 48 to 57. Paper generally somewhat browned.
