Rigenerazione sociale, urbana e sostenibile
brossura Oggi, più che mai, ci dobbiamo interrogare sulle questioni che giocano un nuovo ruolo nei confronti dell'umanità; mai come oggi l'umanità è entrata in una spirale complessa e disumanizzante dove sistemi concatenati non possono più essere affrontati e gestiti separatamente. L'autore avverte la necessità di affrontare la questione della "rigenerazione sociale e urbana sostenibile", che potrebbe apparire tema esclusivamente tecnico-urbanistico, rifacendosi invece alla complessità dei sistemi, analizzando altri fattori (sociali, economici, culturali e antropologici) fortemente in crisi nel nostro Paese e che, se non risolti o quanto meno affrontati e gestiti con attenzione, non consentiranno di giungere a nessuna rigenerazione sociale e urbana sostenibile. L'autore inoltre non si limita ad osservare il concetto di rigenerazione urbana come avvenuto nel passato attraverso leggi speciali che individuavano la rigenerazione come semplice visione di recupero, riuso, o riqualificazione, del costruito, la questione è più ampia. Il riferimento va allargato riferendoci ad una rigenerazione economica, culturale e sociale. La prima importante rigenerazione dovrà riguardare proprio i comportamenti umani, in quanto il potere dell'uomo su di sé e sull'ambiente deve essere infatti rigenerato, per ritrovare la coesione sociale, ed individuare i limiti della crescita economica e consumistica. Dopo di che sarà possibile affrontare la rigenerazione sociale e urbana sostenibile nella sua complessità e valutare gli attuali meccanismi legislativi che ne impediscono la realizzazione.
