Inscribed by the author and his wife Esther the translator of this book on the fly leaf. 1965 Second Edition. 296 pp. With 595 black and white illustrations. Hardcover large 4to. red cloth. Very Good- copy in a Fair dust jacket. Small stain to the rear cover. Faint dampstaining visible to the top margin of the first 75 pages and the bottom margin of the last 20 pages. The text is bright and unmarked and unharmed by the staining. Sound binding. The DJ is heavily dampstained along the spine and rear panel and has numerous shallow chips along the edges. DJ now housed in a mylar wrap. A scarce influential title -- here signed but with some flaws. Due to size international orders will require extra postage. Rubin Mass hardcover
