‎Privatization in Eastern Germany. A Neo-Institutional Analysis. GDI Book Series No 8.‎

‎Frank Cass, 1997. III; 283 S.; 23 cm; kart.‎

‎Gutes Ex.; innen einige Anstreichungen. - Englisch. // This book gives the first comprehensive analysis of privatization and restructuring by the Treuhandanstalt in East Germany. It also addresses the theoretical and conceptual problems of large-scale privatization in the transformation process. Contrary to many transition economies, the East German privatization approach was based on the sale of state-owned companies to strategic investors under the constraint of a mixed set of allocative criteria, including employment and investment objectives. ? This study first discusses the effects of different privatization procedures in transition economies on the allocation and distribution of property rights, using the framework of the neo-institutionalist approach. Second, it investigates the privatization strategy of the Treuhandanstalt under the specific macroeconomic and institutional conditions of German unification. Finally, it analyses the problems of the agreement and enforcement of employment and investment objectives in privatization contracts under incomplete information, based on a game-theoretical model. ? ‎Kleine Leute. Antifa-Reihe. Neuausgabe, 1. Auflage.‎

‎Stuttgart : Verlag Roter Morgen, 1993. 225 S. ; 21 cm; kart.‎

‎Gutes Exemplar; der illustr. Einband berieben; leichte Lager- u. Gebrauchsspuren. - Aus dem Vorbesitz des libertären Dokumentaristen Hansdieter Heilmann; Vortitel mit WIDMUNG von Elfriede Brüning (an Hans-Dieter Heilmann) und SIGNIERT. - Elfriede Brüning (Pseudonym Elke Klent; * 8. November 1910 in Berlin; ? 5. Isaacs Wangenmuskeln spielten. Hermann dachte daran, wie der gearbeitet hatte. Für zwei. "Was machen Sie denn jetzt?" fragte er. "Ach, Meisterchen, ich mache manchmal Aushilfe. Viel kommt nicht dabei heraus." "Sind Sie noch nicht verheiratet?" "Nein. Mich will ja keine." ... " (Seite 133) ISBN 9783928666091‎

‎20 Original-Filmprogramme aus den Jahren 1946-1947. B.T.L. Potsdamer Straße 96 / An der Lützowstraße.‎

‎20 Exemplare. (ca. 21 x 15 cm). je 4 S. zum Aufklappen. Original-Prospekte zum Aufklappen mit dekorierten Deckeltiteln. Prospekte etwas gerändert, innen noch gut erhalten. Prospekte wurden gelocht. Handschriftliche Bleistift-Notiz (Datum) auf dem Deckel oben. Insgesamt guter Zustand.

‎Martin Buber-Oberschule Spandau; Berlin, (1988). Ca. 80 S.; Illustr.; qu.-21 cm; kart.‎

‎Gutes Ex. - Texte und Gestaltung: Martin Buber, aus: "Die Erzählungen der Chassidim" Manesse-Verlag Otto Verdenhalven, Begleittext Bernd Kliche, Graphik. // Martin Buber-Oberschule Spandau 1968-1988. - Hier! (S. 5)‎
