The hand-coloured maps depict famous battlefields: "Slag bij Ramelies," "Slag bij Malplaquet," "Gevecht bij Quatre-Bras," "Slag bij Waterloo." The last two maps are monochromatic. One shows the "Tiendaagschen Veldtogt in 1831", and one is the fortification plan of the Citadel of Antwerp with armies' positions during the battle in 1832.
