Although not mentioned in the book only 250 copies of this volume were printed. Laid-in is a sheet from the JCB Library that details the publication history of its various catalogues up to 1992. Handsomely printed by The Merrymount Press Boston. Title page in red and black. Bound in the original gilt-stamped brown cloth buckram with a smooth black cloth spine. The book is in as-new condition and the inscription is to the grandparents from the other side of the family from the editor Ben Harris McClary.
