The Company bought 350000 acres of land in SW Missouri in 1882 to use primarily for cattle grazing playing a big role in the development of the cattle industry in the region. The purpose of this map and brochure was to sell 80000 acres of land in Stone County and 10000 acres in Christian County for farming and agricultural uses.
