Quarter navy paper over grey paper boards with stamped gold titling and publisher's mark to spine stamped design to front board. Pages are clean with no markings from previous owners. Boards are clean and bright with light bumping and rubbing to spine head cap and tail light bumping to top edge light rubbing to top corners light soiling to corners. Binding is tight and square. Much of the report concerns the proposed subway and subway stations and the estimates of cost for the construction of the Boston Harbor tunnel.
