Chicago fu scelta come meta finale perché nel 1933 avrebbe ospitato l’Esposizione Mondiale “A Century of progress”. La partenza della crociera avvenne ad Orbetello in data 1 luglio 1933 e l’arrivo a Roma il 12 agosto successivo. Il volume si presenta internamente in ottime condizioni; all'esterno sono presenti alcune fioriture (soprattutto sulla copertina anteriore) e piccoli strappetti marginali. Raro: in ICCU sono censiti solo cinque esemplari (ultimo accesso: 26/04/2022).
