Gibt es Wege des Rechtstransfers und Orte der Vermittlung? Diese Frage ist über die Fixierung der Analyse auf den einzelnen Rechtssatz hinauszuführen zur Behandlung von Rechtssatzsammlungen, nachdem eine Abhängigkeit israelitischer Rechtssatzredaktionen von Redaktionstechniken der Keilschriftrechte wahrscheinlich geworden ist. Anhand von keüschriftlichen und israelitischen Rechtssätzen des Körperverletzungsrechts soll den Problemen des Rechtstransfers von Keilschriftrechten in das israelitische Recht nachgegangen werden.
