Oblong approx. 11" high 12.5" long. xxxv383 pp. illus. w/ 200 half-tone reproductions from photographs of Easton and vicinity in 1900. Title page shows old tape repair to a closed tear extending from bottom edge through some of sub-title text which is complete. Several early leaves show tape ghosting along binding edge; several leaves show short closed edge tears. Scarce in any form rarely found complete. Sturdy binding will provide years of durability.
