Sulzer and others address the Frawley committee and its efforts to impeach Sulzer as governor of New York refuting claims as well as claiming a political conspiracy against him due to powers at Tammany Hall. William Sulzer was the governor of New York being the only governor to have been impeached in August of 1913. He was alleged to have misused campaign funds with other allegations of wrongdoing from prior to his governorship also surfacing.
