‎br. Come noto, il D.Lgs. 13 agosto 2010, n. 141, ha ridisegnato la figura dell'intermediario del credito con l'obiettivo, in primis, di tutelare il consumatore. Per il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo sono stati previsti presidi e strumenti tra i quali spicca la forte professionalizzazione degli agenti in attività finanziaria, dei mediatori creditizi e dei loro collaboratori. Perni fondamentali di questa professionalizzazione sono il superamento di una prova di accesso (esame) per l'iscrizione nell'elenco degli agenti in attività finanziaria e dei mediatori creditizi, della prova valutativa per i loro collaboratori e, infine, l'aggiornamento professionale biennale. Il manuale "Agenti in attività finanziaria e mediatori creditizi" di Gaetano Burattini ha l'obiettivo di essere uno strumento per supportare in modo più che adeguato sia colui che vuole intraprendere la professione sia colui che necessita di essere aggiornato sull'evoluzione del quadro normativo di settore. Gli argomenti sono trattati con un linguaggio comprensibile anche a chi, per la prima volta, si affaccia alla materia, senza con ciò andare a discapito della necessaria tecnicalità. Il manuale, giunto oramai alla sesta edizione, ha, tra gli altri, il pregio di offrire, attraverso l'utilizzo di un QR code, la nuova versione del data base dei quesiti (attualmente pari a 3.523) proposti a quanti si affacciano alla professione di agente in attività finanziaria o mediatore creditizio. È, infatti, evidente che tale banca dati debba essere continuamente aggiornata a fronte delle frequenti modifiche che la normativa di settore vive sotto la spinta delle direttive comunitarie. Proprio nel corso del 2018, peraltro, è stato effettuato un importante aggiornamento dei quesiti non solo da un punto di vista contenutistico ma anche da un punto di vista lessicale, attraverso la riformulazione di quesiti che avevano ingenerato alcune perplessità. L'esame si svolge attraverso la somministrazione di un questionario composto da 60 quiz a scelta multipla (quattro le possibili risposte) mentre per la prova valutativa il questionario è composto da 40 domande (tre le possibili risposte). Per il superamento dell'esame è necessario ottenere un punteggio di almeno 36/60 mentre per la prova valutativa il punteggio minimo è di 30/40. L'ampiezza del database che rappresenta il necessario bagaglio di conoscenza per chi voglia intraprendere la professione di intermediario dl credito testimonia la selettività delle prove d'ingresso. Ciononostante i dati relativi alle prove sono confortanti. La media degli idonei alla prova d'esame nel periodo settembre 2012-novembre 2018 è pari al 70%, mentre quella relativa alla prova valutativa, nel periodo settembre 2015-novembre 2018, ammonta all'89%. In entrambe le prove di accesso vi è stato, nel corso del tempo, un aumento degli idonei con una stabilizzazione degli stessi nel corso degli ultimi due/tre anni. Questo significa che la maggior parte di chi si affaccia alla professione ha ben compreso di voler intraprendere un'attività altamente professionalizzata e, conseguentemente, di doversi preparare al meglio per superare la prova d'ingresso. In più, le percentuali di idonei sono tali da ritenere che la difficoltà dei test sia un giusto equilibrio tra la necessità, da un lato, di avere una conoscenza adeguata della normativa di settore e, dall'altro, di non penalizzare eccessivamente l'ingresso di forze fresche scevre di vecchi retaggi e vecchie prassi.‎

A huge plan showing The Second Battle of Çatalca fought between 03 February 1913 and 03 April 1913 was a major "continuous skirmish" of the First Balkan War. The battle consisted of a series of thrusts and counter-thrusts by both the Ottomans and the Bulgarians. On 20 February the Ottomans, in coordination with a separate attack from Gallipoli, charged the Bulgarian positions. Although the Bulgarians repulsed the initial attack, they were weakened enough that they withdrew over fifteen kilometers to the south and twenty kilometers to the west to secondary defensive positions; but eventually the lines returned to essentially the originals. The separate siege of Edirne resulted in its loss to the Bulgarians on 26 March, sapping Ottoman morale; and with heavy Bulgarian losses to both fighting and cholera, the battle dwindled down and ceased by 3 April 1913. On 16 April a second ceasefire (armistice) was agreed to, ending the last fighting in the war. Lieutenant Colonel Mehmet Nihat Bey of Bursa who was born in 1886 accomplished to write 39 books about military history which are including his war experience and his translation works. Nihat Bey who is the first and the most important military historian in the Republic of Turkey was an intellectual person rather than a soldier. He meticulously evaluated many mistakes and points should learn about war by an objective eye in his works. Although it passed a century from the time these books had been written this great person couldn't have been totally discovered by researchers yet. The first military historian in the Republic of Turkey Mehmet Nihat Bey, participated in Tripoli, Balkan, Gallipoli, and the Turkish War of Independence. He taught in a military academy for many years and he impressed many staff officers in terms of idea. During the first years of the republic era in Turkey he lectured about military history and until the last year before he died he had given so useful pieces of information in the warfare of Çanakkale for visitors. Nihat Bey evaluated the conditions about the period of his life and the wars he participated by an objective view and he left great materials for the next generations succeeding him. He enlightened Turkish recent history by writing the events which he had witnessed. Studies of Nihat Bey have an important impact on the researchers who want to have knowledge about Balkan and Gallipoli wars which fulfilled their 100th anniversary.‎
