SIGNED and inscribed with thanks for moral and radio support by both authros on half-title page Xmas 1953. The authors hitch-hiked through northern Australia along the north-west coast inland to Wittenoom across to Broom through the Kimberley into the Northern Territory and then by ketch into the Arafura Sea where they visited some of the islands of Arnhem Land.
