Includes a laid in original gelatin silver print that is done on an 8" by 10" sheet with an image size of 6.875" wide by 4.5" high. The image is the same one that was chosen for the the dust jacket: Cal Elkhorn Wisconsin. The photograph is in very fine condition and is signed and numbered by Lyon on the verso with his Black Beauty stamp as well. Easily the nicest printed version of this classic book.
