Das Buch "American Bar" von Charles Schumann ist genial. Mein Bruder und ich interessieren uns sehr f�r Cocktails etc. und haben uns aus diesem Grund das Buch gekauft. Es sind unmengen von Cocktails Drinks etc. beschrieben und es wird genau angezeigt was daf�r ben�tigt wird und wie die Herstellung erfolgt. Wir benutzen es eigentlich st�ndig f�r unsere Bar bzw. zum Cocktail mixen. Ein gutes Buch wer sich f�r diese Materie interessiert! Es macht nicht nur Spass die dort aufgefuehrten Rezepte auch am eigenen Koerper zu erfahren sondern auch Schumanns Gedanken ueber die soziale Funktion einer Bar und ihres Keepers nachzulesen. Interessant auch die Geschichte der Bar und der diversen Alkoholika Tips und Tricks des wirklichen Fachmanns im klassischen Sinn. Insgesamt ist das Buch zudem noch gut gegliedert d.h. ich finde innerhalb der verschieden Kriterien genau den Cocktail dessen Geschmack ich schon auf der geistigen Zunge habe. Fuer solche die einen Cocktail nicht nach der Groesse und Farbe und dem Ausmass der Dekoration beurteilen. Einfach nur klassisch. ses Buch enth�lt sehr viel Information f�r den Anf�nger wie auch den profesionellen Barkeeper. Das Buch "American Bar" von Charles Schumann ist genial. Mein Bruder und ich interessieren uns sehr f�r Cocktails etc. und haben uns aus diesem Grund das Buch gekauft. Es sind unmengen von Cocktails Drinks etc. beschrieben und es wird genau angezeigt was daf�r ben�tigt wird und wie die Herstellung erfolgt. Wir benutzen es eigentlich st�ndig f�r unsere Bar bzw. zum Cocktail mixen. Ein gutes Buch wer sich f�r diese Materie interessiert! Es macht nicht nur Spass die dort aufgefuehrten Rezepte auch am eigenen Koerper zu erfahren sondern auch Schumanns Gedanken ueber die soziale Funktion einer Bar und ihres Keepers nachzulesen. Interessant auch die Geschichte der Bar und der diversen Alkoholika Tips und Tricks des wirklichen Fachmanns im klassischen Sinn. Insgesamt ist das Buch zudem noch gut gegliedert d.h. ich finde innerhalb der verschieden Kriterien genau den Cocktail dessen Geschmack ich schon auf der geistigen Zunge habe. Fuer solche die einen Cocktail nicht nach der Groesse und Farbe und dem Ausmass der Dekoration beurteilen. Einfach nur klassisch. ses Buch enth�lt sehr viel Information f�r den Anf�nger wie auch den profesionellen Barkeeper.
