La comunicazione interna da Maslow al Covid-19. Saperi, strategie e strumenti per le organizzazioni eccellenti
br. In un contesto globale che cambia ed è pervaso dal paradigma della complessità, anche gli strumenti e le tecniche di comunicazione devono adeguarsi. Le strategie di comunicazione interna nelle organizzazioni vivono appieno tali mutamenti e non fanno eccezione, soprattutto rispetto all'onda impetuosa della digitalizzazione. Ed oggi possiamo dire "per fortuna" poiché senza di essa, durante l'emergenza planetaria del Covid-19, innumerevoli e fondamentali servizi sarebbero stati out per molti mesi, con danni irreparabili per tutti (oltre ad aziende ed imprese cruciali per la vita dei cittadini si pensi alla scuola, alla medicina di base, agli uffici privati e pubblici ecc.). Partendo da tali presupposti, il volume prende in esame saperi, strategie e strumenti della comunicazione interna utili a realizzare sistemi essenziali per sviluppare asset in grado di far circolare al meglio le informazioni e implementare relazioni proattive in grado di contribuire alla diffusione della mission e della vision aziendale. I vantaggi che le organizzazioni trarranno da un'incisiva comunicazione interna saranno: creare e/o rinforzare un sistema efficace ed efficiente di trasmissione delle informazioni, sia in termini di mezzi che di contenuti, assicurandosi che il flusso comunicativo sia effettivamente recepito dai vari target group, compreso gli stakeholder; gestire le persone come veri e propri "clienti interni" applicando i principi dell'internal marketing; migliorare le relazioni interne sviluppando il senso di appartenenza e fiducia; sensibilizzare la dirigenza e/o il top management verso una gestione evoluta della comunicazione interna; sviluppare la motivazione e la proattività individuale e di gruppo; favorire l'approvazione e l'accettazione delle scelte aziendali da parte dei collaboratori; implementare una cultura e un clima di condivisione degli obiettivi comuni riducendo la conflittualità; gestire al meglio le situazioni di crisis management.
