Juli 1913 wurde das Unternehmen von Martin Winterbauer übernommen. Unter seiner Leitung wuchsen das Geschäftsfeld und die Umsätze. Auch die Zeit nach dem 1. Weltkrieg konnte die Firma gut kompensieren und ihren Umsatz weiter ausbauen, da die zunehmende Industrialisierung in Fürth den Bedarf ständig erhöhte. Gleichzeitig wurde das Sortiment stets erweitert und ebenfalls einer industriellen Produktion zugeführt. Besonders innovativ war die Firma im Bereich von Schweißerschutzbrillen. Hauptsächlich diese Brillen fanden auch internationalen Absatz, so dass das Unternehmen weiter expandieren konnte. Ein Großteil der in der Theaterstraße 49 hergestellten Ware konnte in die verschiedensten Teile der Welt verschickt werden. Nach dem Tode von Martin Winterbauer im Alter von 72 Jahren übernahm sein Sohn Andreas die Leitung des Betriebs. Andreas Winterbauer war bereits seit 1913 im Betrieb tätig und zuletzt Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens. Auch der 2. Weltkrieg wurde nach eigenen Angaben ohne größere Schäden überstanden, so dass die Produktion nach einer Phase der Stagnation ab 1948 in gewohnter Art und Weise wieder an alte Erfolge anknüpfen konnte. Zuletzt produzierte die Firma im wesentlichen Schutzbrillen für Schweißer, Schleifer, Gußputzer und Steinhauer. Die Brillen wurden zum großen Teil aus Aluminium, Nickel und auch aus Kunststoff hergestellt - ein Material, das zu dieser Zeit völlig neu war. Das Unternehmen befand sich in der Theaterstraße 49, die ehemaligen Gewerberäume sind heute für Wohnzwecke umgebaut.
