Interimsbroschur. - Zusammenstellung von Modellvorlagen und Experimentbeschreibungen zur Erlernung der Geometrie in Kombination mit der Verbesserung der "Handfertigkeit" eine Lehrmethode die zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts in Skandinavien und den USA bereits angewendet wurde in Deutschland aber noch nicht üblich war. Der in Altona und Berlin als Lehrer tätige Gustav Noodt 1856-1917 hatte einige Modelle wie das fertig beiliegende "Kreisberührungsmodell" den "Parallelen-Apparat" oder das "Kreismittelpunktsmodell" selbst erfunden und in die Gebrauchsmusterrolle des Kaiserlichen Patentamtes eintragen lassen. - Die Metall-Ösen dienen als Verbindungselemente für die losen Teile mancher Modelle z. B. Kreiswinkelmodell Anleitung S. 18 ff. Mit dabei ein 5 cm langer am Ende verjüngter Metallstift zum Anbringen bzw. Einpressen der Ösen in die Pappe. - Papp-Schuber gebräunt etwas fleckig stärker bestoßen u. mit kleinem Laschenabriß aber insgesamt intakt. "OCCHIALINI, Augusto Raffaele (Raffaello). – Nacque a Fossombrone l’11 ottobre 1878, terzogenito di Paolo e di Barbara Mei. Ammesso alla Scuola normale superiore di Pisa, vi si laureò in fisica con il massimo dei voti e lode nell’anno accademico 1903-04, discutendo una tesi sulla costante dielettrica dell’aria in relazione colla densità di questa. Dopo la laurea rimase all’Istituto di fisica di Pisa, collaborando con il professore di fisica sperimentale Angelo Battelli, di cui fu assistente nel 1904-06 e aiuto nel 1906-07. Assistente per la meteorologia nel 1907-09, lo fu nuovamente per la fisica sperimentale nel 1909-10 e aiuto nel 1910-16. Nel laboratorio dell’Istituto di fisica, notevolmente modernizzato da Battelli, si compivano anche ricerche avanzate di spettroscopia e con una tesi sulla spettroscopia nei gas si laureò con Occhialini, nel 1913-14, anche Rita Brunetti, destinata a divenire uno dei massimi esponenti di tale disciplina.
