brossura Con l'introduzione del web interattivo e la metamorfosi dei telefoni cellulari in smartphone capaci di svolgere le principali funzioni di un pc si è rapidamente diffusa una nuova tecnica espressiva caratterizzata dal fatto di mescolare immagini, suoni e parole per produrre un'ampia tipologia di "forme brevi" di carattere audiovisivo. Tutti abbiamo rapidamente imparato non solo a comprendere questa "scrittura estesa" ma anche a usarla attingendone materiali e dispositivi dall'immane archivio della rete. Quasi nessuno, tuttavia, si è chiesto se, proprio in quanto esposta a processi di apprendimento e interiorizzazione, la "scrittura estesa" digitale non fosse anche in grado di evolvere verso una maggiore complessità fino a configurare una svolta significativa nell'ambito delle tecnologie espressive umane. Il libro suggerisce che questo sviluppo sia già ampiamente in atto e che possa inoltre trovare un importante nutrimento in uno specifico filone della cultura dell'immagine in movimento: quello che guarda al film come a una particolare forma di scrittura audiovisiva, dotata di procedure tecniche caratteristiche (come la ri-mediazione e l'intermedialità) e di un'estetica orientata verso modi della sensibilità tipicamente riflessivi e critici. brossura Con l'introduzione del web interattivo e la metamorfosi dei telefoni cellulari in smartphone capaci di svolgere le principali funzioni di un pc si è rapidamente diffusa una nuova tecnica espressiva caratterizzata dal fatto di mescolare immagini, suoni e parole per produrre un'ampia tipologia di "forme brevi" di carattere audiovisivo. Tutti abbiamo rapidamente imparato non solo a comprendere questa "scrittura estesa" ma anche a usarla attingendone materiali e dispositivi dall'immane archivio della rete. Quasi nessuno, tuttavia, si è chiesto se, proprio in quanto esposta a processi di apprendimento e interiorizzazione, la "scrittura estesa" digitale non fosse anche in grado di evolvere verso una maggiore complessità fino a configurare una svolta significativa nell'ambito delle tecnologie espressive umane. Il libro suggerisce che questo sviluppo sia già ampiamente in atto e che possa inoltre trovare un importante nutrimento in uno specifico filone della cultura dell'immagine in movimento: quello che guarda al film come a una particolare forma di scrittura audiovisiva, dotata di procedure tecniche caratteristiche (come la ri-mediazione e l'intermedialità) e di un'estetica orientata verso modi della sensibilità tipicamente riflessivi e critici.
