Celebre opera del barone Cuvier edita nel 1825 con il titolo Discours sur les revolutions de la surface du globe e in Italia tradotta da Paradisi. L'opera e' considerata una delle piu' importanti tra quelle pubblicate dal Cuvier per quanto riguarda i suoi studi geologici e le teorie del Paradisi tentano di utilizzare le basi catastrofistiche del Cuvier per giustificare le teorie diluvistiche.

Gribouillis enfantins au dos vierge de la page 351 et à celui de la planche III sans dommage pour le texte et pour la gravure. Petis défauts mais assez bon exemplaire.
