Gürich (1859-1938) war Professor für Geologie und Paläontologie in Hamburg, von den von ihm begründeten "Leitfossilien" erschienen nach den geologischen Erdzeitaltern geordnet bis 1934 insgesamt 7 Lieferungen, seit 1975 erscheint eine Neubearbeitung. Mit geringen farbigen Unterstreichungen auf ca. 10 Seiten, sonst gut erhaltenes Exemplar mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren.
