The issues measure 202mm x 800mm and the last six are slightly larger at 148mm x 208mm. An extremely scarce and relatively unknown little journal. It is a valuable record of news events attitudes and approaches relating to nature and conservation of the time. It was the brainchild of Richard Fitter and these copies have the bonus or originating from his library and archive with his library stamp on a few of the earlier issues. The photographic front cover of Volume 3 part 8&9 has been marked up in red ink by Fitter ready for the following issue. The later issues have many small line drawings by Robert Gillmor.
