ill., ril. La storia dell'Orso Bruno è un brano rap degli Assalti Frontali, contenuto nell'album Profondo Rosso del 2011. Al pari di altri pezzi come Enea super rap o Il rap della Costituzione, fa parte di una serie di canzoni che Militant A ha scritto appositamente per i bambini. Disegnata con tratto molto "fumettistico" da S3Keno, è un libro illustrato dalle esplicite tematiche socio-ambientaliste e dai contenuti decisamente forti (compresa la morte del protagonista) ma d'altronde è la storia vera dell'Orso JJ1, nato nel parco Brenta-Adamello dall'accoppiamento di Jurka e Joze e abbattuto nel 2006 nell'area al confine fra Tirolo e Baviera dopo più di un mese in cui imperversò sulle montagne fra l'Austria e la Germania meridionale, perché ritenuto un pericolo per gli esseri umani. Bruno faceva parte di un ambizioso progetto italiano per la reintroduzione dell'orso bruno nelle Alpi centrali, e anche il WWF aveva continuato a tifare per lui: «Se in Trentino si dovessero abbattere tutti gli orsi che entrano nei pollai, questi animali sparirebbe rapidamente!» Età di lettura: da 5 anni.

br. La questione ambientale ha rilevanza pubblica e credibilità scientifica, essa è strumento di progettazione per la definizione di una partecipazione alla cittadinanza che possa connotarsi come attiva, competente e responsabile. Le dinamiche della crescita economica pongono questioni inedite di governance politica. Occorre evidenziare l'interrelazione fra la performance economica e la cultura d'impresa nella giusta considerazione della promozione integrale della persona, la promozione di ogni uomo e di tutto l'uomo. Gli autori evidenziano la multiformità degli approcci all'educazione ambientale, quale luogo cognitivo delle interazioni ecosistemiche. Superando la considerazione dell'uomo quale monade, il lavoro intende evidenziare gli esiti prodotti da una comunità educante che costruisce relazioni, progetta e valuta interventi didattici negli ambienti di apprendimento, con il fine specifico di formare, includere e riabilitare tutti i soggetti presenti al suo interno. Riflettere sulla questione ambientale richiede una notevole attenzione verso l'ambiente di vita, muovendo dalla consapevolezza che si tratta di un ambito formativo fondamentale per sensibilizzare i cittadini e le comunità ad assumere maggiori responsabilità verso la tutela del pianeta. È necessario innescare un processo rivolto al cambiamento sociale e personale nel rispetto delle differenze e nell'ottica di un mondo responsabile e migliore, in linea con il rispetto della natura. È in tale contesto che è possibile formare alla cittadinanza attiva, aiutando i giovani a comprendere la complessità delle relazioni tra natura e attività umane, tra risorse ereditate, da risparmiare e da trasmettere, e alle dinamiche della produzione, del consumo e della solidarietà.

Quando si discute di “crisi ecologica” non ci si riferisce solo a fenomeni immediatamente noti come l’antropizzazione, la desertificazione e la deforestazione, ma anche a problemi solo apparentemente di minore gravità – ad esempio l’introduzione in un determinato ambiente di specie alloctone animali o vegetali. Il recupero di una relazione sana con il mondo naturale, possibile solo mediante approcci che superino l’antropocentrismo, appare oggi urgente e necessaria. Sulla scia di quest’emergenza, il saggio di Eleonora Vecchi discute la pratica ecologica di conservazione degli ecosistemi nota come rewilding. Miriam Falco, invece, analizza le implicazioni e gli effetti benefici dell’esposizione al verde nei centri urbani, da cui consegue l’importanza di una maggiore integrazione degli elementi naturali nei contesti antropici. Ci sarà una volta? Storie per un clima da favola
ill., br. Queste storie vi sembreranno molto familiari: hanno per protagonisti gatti con gli stivali, pesciolini d'oro, tre orsi con tre zuppe, e sicuramente sapete già come vanno a finire... O forse no? La specialità del lupo è appostarsi nel bosco e sbucar fuori all'improvviso, ma senza alberi in giro non è più tanto semplice. Anche i quaranta ladroni sono preoccupati: se il deserto si prende tutto lo spazio, come faranno a ritrovare i preziosi bottini che hanno nascosto? A ben guardare, dagli oceani alle foreste, dal deserto ai poli, c'è qualcosa che sta costringendo tutti a cambiare le proprie abitudini. I personaggi di queste fiabe però non ci stanno: sono pronti a protestare e a riprendersi il finale giusto per la loro storia. Con il patrocinio di Legambiente, "Ci sarà una volta?" racconta cosa sta succedendo al pianeta di cui come tante altre specie - fiabesche e non - siamo ospiti: per capire meglio il cambiamento climatico, e l'importanza di agire tutti insieme per un clima da favola.
